If you are interested in buying your next home, we offer cash back programs to our buyers.  Tell us where you want to live. We will send you the list of homes for that area. Drive by and eliminate the ones you do not like from the outside.  Then call us to see the ones that are of interest.  The less time we spend with you - looking at homes for sale - the more cash back I give to you at closing - up to 2/3rds of my commission. 

Example - $300,000 home = up to $6,000 cash back.
